“Very impressed with this school. My 5 year old son and I started training here about 6 weeks ago. It’s been an amazing experience. The class starts with students of all ages doing warm ups together. Then they break into a group for young kids and a different group for adults. The instructors do an amazing job with my son. He has learned so much in such a short amount of time. The instructors are very skilled at teaching kids of all ages. I can already see his confidence growing. As for myself, beginning martial arts training for the first time at age 41, it’s been an equally positive experience. The quality of instruction is incredible and I have already seen improvement in myself. It’s a blast and I look forward to going every time. I am blessed to be able to do something like this with my son.I really like the methodology of this school. Students get training in practical, effective self defense/fighting skills. This is not the type of Taekwondo that focuses only tournaments with rules. They teach skills that are actually useful in a real life self defense, which I appreciate. However, students are also encouraged to participate in tournaments and the instructors are very knowledgeable about competition TKD. I will encourage my 5 year old son to try some competitions once he gets more experience, but I like the fact that he is learning real life self defense skills at the same time.Finally, the thing I love the most about this school is that they really focus on character, self confidence, discipline, integrity, fitness, and other traits that are invaluable for kids to learn. The instructors are not only experts in teaching but they are all genuinely good people. It is an environment where you will feel welcomed and accepted, and you will make friends immediately, no matter your age! Would highly recommend!“

“Good gym, good atmosphere. Sometimes it's very lively and at other times it's nice and slow. The new ownership is great! They are attentive. Most of the time, the owners of the gym are present instead of just the staff. I like that.“
