LakeCrest Dental provides a great experience from the moment patients walk in the door. The front desk ladies are pleasant and welcoming. Hygienists are sweet, thorough, gentle, and professional, explaining everything and carrying great conversation. Dentists are wonderful, thorough, and friendly, providing care, understanding, compassion, and communication about issues and getting them taken care of. Patients feel comfortable and well cared for, even those with severe anxiety and fear of dentists. The staff are kind, caring, polite, complimentary, and encouraging. One dentist even came in on Saturday for a minor issue of concern. Checking out is an easy process. The service is top notch and everything is done perfectly. Families recommend LakeCrest Dental and will not go anywhere else.
I had a great experience with Dr. Day and Valerie. Valerie did an excellent job cleaning my teeth and was very thorough, gentle, and professional. Dr. Day was also wonderful, and I felt very comfortable and well cared for. I highly recommend Dr. Day, Valerie, and the entire office!
