They always pay attention to detail and always make sure you're satisfied with the job. I got some early Halloween nails and almost all the nails had different designs, and my nail tech worked so hard and made sure to get every detail from the reference photo correct. I've been using Kate for 3 or 4 years now and they're my favorite spot in Owasso! highly recommend
I think they are great and they do a great job. Just wish some of them would realize that we can understand the gossip and comments they are making about us during the visit. Seems every nail salon is just a breeding ground for some unwanted comments on personal appearance. Other than that, you get great nails and pedicures there
Very pleased with this nail salon! Walked in with my mother and two daughters on a Sunday afternoon for mani/pedi - we were welcomed immediately! The nail polish for whatever reason started peeling off my little girl's nails later that day. The next day I stopped by the salon after she got out of school and not only were they apologetic but fixed all of her nails free of charge without complaint. I love when a company stands behind the quality of their work!
