As with anything new, being a bit anxious is expected. However, once I arrived, I quickly felt completely at ease. The suite is very nice with a calming atmosphere and warm and soothing decor. The actual procedure was explained fully and the apprehension lifted ~ professionalism and skill were excellent as well as there were results in no time. I highly recommend Image to anyone looking for PERMANENT hair removal.

The experience wasn't painful at all. The hairs never grew back! Even after one treatment! Definitely going back for more!
