Have used Half Moon plumbing many times with very good results but recent experience was less than satisfactory. I wrote a review reflecting my opinion. I received a call the following day from Half Moon plumbing requesting additional information. I explained my experience that fell short of my usual experience with Half Moon. He sent a technician the following day to check everything out and he replaced the part in question. I was well pleased with the technicians work and especially with his patience explaining everything to me. There "customer service" is excellent and I can again recommend them for your plumbing needs.

This whole team was fantastic!! Jackson explained what needed to be done & what were the options. Mike, Grant , BO, Nate, and Jackson and the entire group of guys eagerly answered all the questions my 7 yr old grandson had and made him feel like part of the team? He is still talking about “his guys”. I’m gratefully for the quality work and my new water line. 5 stars all around??Cindy E.

We had an issue that was initially unresolved, but William, the service manager, personally called me, apologized, and made an appointment in a very reasonable timeframe to get the problem fully resolved. From that point on, there were no issues at all.
Micheal the tech provided incredible service walking me through the process of what he was doing and what to do if there were issues in the future. This is what superior customer service looks like to me.
This was truly a blessing at this time of year, when money and funds are tight. The care and concern that Half Moon Plumbing showed means a lot and really speaks to the kind of company... read full review
