My husband and I met Dr Rigney yesterday for our first eye exam. He was very professional and thorough. He explained things very clearly. All of his staff were kind as well. I will recommend him to my family and friends. ?

Oh my Goodness! Dr. Rigney is Magnificent!! He the best eye doctor I have ever been to in my 60 years!! NO ONE can compare...He was very warm and welcoming, he was very thorough and he explained all the results of my exam in detail. He included me in all the decisions for the best eye care. I was recommended to him by three family members and I will also recommend him to other family and friends and whomever is seeking the best eye care.!! He is AMAZING!!!

Dr Rigney is very thorough in his care for his patients. He's knowledgeable about available products for those who wear contacts or glasses. I've been to other Dr's, but have not been as satisfied with the outcome. I would recommend Dr Rigney to everyone.

In addition to being the founder of Dr. Rigney Eye Care & Eyewear in Owasso, OK, Dr. J Jay Rigney is also a member of the American Optometric Association and the Oklahoma Association of Optometric Physicians. Dr. Rigney is board certified in anterior segment laser procedures, PRK laser vision correction, and Yag laser capsulotomies. In addition, Dr. Rigney is also board certified to treat infections of the eye and eyelids, with the ability to perform minor surgical lid and corneal procedures, as well as has board certification to treat glaucoma. He has over 33 years in eye care experience that he offers to his central Oklahoma community, and Dr. Rigney takes the time to thoroughly explain every patient's diagnosis.
