I had a collision with my grandson’s malinois resulting in a broken tooth just right of my 2 front teeth. I called Dr Bigg’s office and they were able to get me in same day, even though I had never been there before, and they accepted my insurance which even though it was out of network, my out of pocket was minimal. I appreciated Dr Bigg’s thorough evaluation and suggestions for further maintenance, and found all of the staff to be pleasant, professional, and efficient! I called a co-worker upon leaving the office and referred her here! Thank you for your fast, and beautiful repair of my tooth.
I typically absolutely hate the dentist. I have so much anxiety and fear surrounding dental appointments. But Dr. Biggs and his entire staff are the absolute sweetest. They come in and out checking in on you. They treat you like part of their dental family. Always have a good laugh and leave feeling happy and no stress after my dental care. It also helps that the staff take my pain and discomfort seriously. Love The Jones Family
Loveeeee all the staff! So welcoming and sweet! Had to get 2 fillings & Dr.Briggs was so nice and reassuring about giving me 2 numbing shots as I was so scared! Best dentist around!
