Omar went above and beyond to help us recovery and transfer our phone data, contacts, and messages from a phone with a busted screen. Highly recommend. This is not the first time we have gone to Cell Phone Hospital and have always found them super helpful and very reasonably priced.While there waiting for the the data transfer to complete, Omar assisted 2 separate elderly customers with simple issues (phone set to silent) and was very patient, polite, and friendly.

Omar is awesome! I was having difficulty with the sound on my iPhone and he saved me from having to trade it in! Cleaned the ear piece (for free!) and everything went back to normal!!
