They listen to clients, pay attention to every little detail, and genuinely care about making sure clients love their hair. Keilee Gill has been doing my hair for years now and she never and I mean NEVER misses the goal. She listens and always has great communication, on what products she is using and how my hair is processing and what's next. Even though Id follow her anywhere, Birch & Co is by far my favorite Salon and so happy to support her during her transition here.
Brie is the absolute BEST!! I found her through a recommendation on Facebook and booking with her was one of the best decisions ever. The salon is so welcoming and has such a fun, comfortable vibe. Brie is incredibly talented and always nails exactly what I ask for. She pays attention to every little detail and genuinely cares about making sure you love your hair. We love Ashlyn so much! She always works with our schedules and takes care of me and my daughters every single time. And we always leave loving our hair and feeling so refreshed. Been going to her for years and she’s honest with us on how we should be taking care of our hair so we’re always thriving with the thickest healthiest prettiest mane lol can’t say enough good things about her/her hair game.
