I really enjoy this place. It does cater to those over 55 in a respectful way. There is so much to do and enjoy. I especially love the heated Salt Water swimming pool. You must go. The staff and members are so friendly.

I've been going for maybe a year. I go to the gym to work out. The only problem is if you go early in the day, there's too many people and you have to wait on machines. Also, notes are posted not to use machine more than 30 min, but they don't pay any attention to that. I have to go after 6pm, and sometimes I can't sleep at night because of that.

Tried Aqua Extreme this morning and it was no joke! Also the most fun I’ve had in a pool in quite a while! I just joined a couple of weeks ago and have tried several of the early morning classes offered. So far they have all been top notch. It was easy to get set up with a trainer and there is plenty of weight and machine options. This facility is worth every penny!
