Kristina, the instructor, is known for her friendly demeanor, incredible energy, and skill with sound baths and aerial yoga. During sessions, students can expect to feel calm and release tension. Highly recommended for those seeking a unique and inclusive yoga experience.

First experience doing a Yoga session and absolutely amazing!!! I will definitely be coming back Kristina was absolutely amazing. I felt so calm during our session and definitely released some tension! 10/10.
We just took Kristina’s AMAZING float class. 2 of us were totally new to aerial yoga— she was professional and welcoming. She made us feel at ease and comfortable trying new poses. Can’t wait to go again!
