I've been meaning to do this for a while, but our whole experience with Urban Flooring from the second we opened the door to our final goodbye smashed the competition! When we first entered, Amber warmly welcomed us and pointed us in the right direction and helped narrow our choices. In the same visit we met Christina, the owner, who was incredibly knowledgeable and experienced. Though the store didn't have exactly what we were looking for, they said if we find what we want else where we can come back... we actually found what we were looking for at the Daltile showroom off of 240 where Jojo made sure we left with multiple samples (recommend a visit there for material)....read full review
WOW! The customer service here was outstanding! I am merely the little guy. I didn’t come in with a big order. In fact, it was just a fun little project and I needed some wood samples. They dropped everything and helped me find the perfect sample for my project. I am very grateful I found them on Google and I definitely know where I’m going if I ever purchase a floor! Thank you again!
Hands Down- Best Customer Hospitality Experience from a Flooring Company!
I had difficulty finding a specific transitional piece to match a project I was working on. Christina Tofte went above and beyond to help me find that product while offering great hospitality in her store. I found the product at Urban Flooring to be the average price point, as I had already been aware of what this product was being sold for in the market since I had visited several other flooring stores in my search. What impressed me most with Urban Flooring, was the caring hospitality shown to me by Christina and her associates. Thanks again, Christina!
