Ownership of this facility has recently changed. It is difficult when a business that continued to do business as if they were in the 20th century hadn't really made any moves to the 21st century. To say the least they are having growing pains under new ownership. You all need to answer your phone, don't hang-up on incoming calls. I am willing to be patient with updating the systems to the 21st century. I am not willing to be ignored or dismissed. I need to check on an outstanding check to your facility. As well as determine timeline for second pair of glasses ordered.

Andy and his family are first class people. By far the best optical shop I have had the pleasure of dealing with. It is nice to deal with people that have knowledge of their product and have the service to back it up. I will be back.
