Employee review: Let me tell y'all, Alyssa is the sweetest. I had the pleasure of picking up my glasses from her just now and she's just so kind and understanding and personable. I hope she's there next time I have to come in. Her enthusiasm made me smile; I've had a real hard time doing that recently.

I’ve been going here for years and the employees are great especially Lynda but every year it’s the same thing not enough employees to pick out glasses and contacts and never enough employees for all the customers picking up products. I’m to the point I’m looking at going somewhere else next year if this doesn’t change it’s a unnecessary long wait for everything to get done in a timely manner

I came in with an appointment set, I was immediately greeted with kind & quick customer service. The doctor visit/ exam was virtual, which I didn't mind at all. Everything was clean and it was a welcoming environment. Lynda was helpful and nice when checking out, but I do think there should be 1 or 2 more employees, as they had multiple stations but only 1 person who could check us out on the floor. We did have to wait a little while for our turn regardless of having the appointment, but once it was our turn things went well.
