Scissortail went above and beyond with us. We purchased a home that had storm damage which Scissortail had completed the roofing work. We had covered pergolas in the backyard that could not be repaired before we took ownership due to supply shortages. After we took ownership, Scissortail continued to come out and made repairs on the pergola covering several times to ensure it was properly installed and draining. I was impressed at how they continued to ensure we were satisfied without ever asking us for any additional money even though they had to come out several times. Great customer service.
