“Josh has helped us through selling our prior home, purchasing our current home, and now selling our land. We will continue to use him when we buy/sell in the future as well. I absolutely recommend him for any real estate needs anyone has!”
“Marc is the property manager for the home that I lease and live in. I have owned and rented enough in life to say with some confidence that Marc is a top notch professional.
Prior to leasing, he was communicative without being pushy or pressuring me.
The process of signing the lease and moving in was well orchestrated with no surprise fees or last minute requirements.
Since moving in, he has been incredibly communicative around any issues that have come up including showing up this morning to (succesfully) try and fix an issue himself that I would have expected to require me waiting on a tradesman.
I cant recommend him enough and would be happy to work with him as a buyer, seller, leasor or lessee.”
“Grant went above and beyond through the whole process. What I thought might’ve been out of reach for me, he helped make happen. From getting me in touch with a great lender to helping talk through the final decision, he was there the whole way. He made the process smooth and easy. I’d definitely work with him again and will be recommending him to anyone looking to buy.”
