They told me the wouldn't be able to fix my window. They told me they could find someone that could and call me a couple minutes later with the number. Great customer service!

I "won" ten windows in a drawing. They tried to pressure me into buying more and upgrading and paying for install. My wife lost her job due to state budget cuts so we asked to just receive the windows and we would install ourselves. I was at work and salesman named Daniel was extremely rude to my wife. He made comment that since I didn't want to pay for anything he didn't know how we would get windows due to delivery cost. When she said we would pick up he became more rude.
