When I first brought my son here, everything was absolutely wonderful. Unfortunately, my recent visit was a completely different experience. When I arrived for my appointment, the office was extremely busy and overcrowded, and from that point on, the visit did not go smoothly. I had an appointment scheduled at 1:50 PM and wasn’t brought back until around 2:10 PM. After a few initial eye tests, I was placed back in a waiting chair because there were no rooms available. I had to wait again until an exam room opened up, which made the visit feel very unorganized and overcrowded. Once I was finally in a room, the doctor came in quickly, and I will absolutely give five stars for that. The doctor was efficient and professional. The technician who initially brought me back was also kind. However, the contact lens portion of my visit was extremely frustrating. The staff member assisting me was rude and impatient. Instead of guiding or helping me properly while learning to put in my contacts, she repeatedly told me to “just keep trying” without offering helpful instruction. For someone new to contacts, that experience felt uncomfortable and discouraging. Communication overall was poor. Pricing and details were not clearly explained, not even during the initial phone call. The entire process felt disorganized, and aside from the doctor and the first staff member, the rest of the experience was disappointing. I hope management takes this feedback seriously, as patient communication and professionalism make a huge difference.
