Visited Norman Computers today for the first time in a panic that my laptop wasn’t turning on. Mark (the owner) was able to quickly find a solution and even did some quick (and free!) diagnostics to determine if the part could be/should be replaced to continue working well in the future. He talked through every step he took without being condescending, and didn’t try to upsell me on anything unnecessary. I really appreciate the excellent customer service!They are also doing some neat community events in the space I plan to check out! Can’t recommend NCom enough.

Had my Lenovo laptop hinge fixed up by the owner, Mark. He was nice to talk to, and honestly more knowledgeable than I in this space.However, the only thing that I wasn’t very happy about was that I was told they’d call me prior to performing work to go over the options. I called a couple days after dropping off the laptop to see where we were at, and the individual who answered assured me the owner who was working on it would call me prior to moving forward.When I did receive a call, it was to tell me they determined one of the options was more cost effective, which I appreciated, but that they’d already performed all the necessary work under that option.I was...read full review

Fantastic shop, very knowledgeable and patient with your questions and more than willing to help with any problem you might have. Will for sure be returning if I have any more problems with my PC or my Mac.
