I was devastated that my husband downloaded something on my daughters laptop. Downloaded a virus. Jammed it all up.
I walked in, James got right to it. Fixed in 10 minutes. Didn't charge me anything for a few clicks.
I left a good tip for him. Thank you for saving me. I was so worried I was going to have to buy a new laptop for her.
Will send everyone your way.
Think I will go back and buy my own laptop soon.

Needed the battery removed from my laptop this morning, so I called up to Norman Computers. They had me come in and Pip (James) got it done for me in just about 3 minutes! He was also incredibly kind and I spent an additional 10 or so minutes talking with him, what a stand-up guy.

The atmosphere is also great and Pip told me that they host events throughout the week that are listed on their website. I would highly recommend giving them a visit!

I encountered a serious issue with my laptop and showed up without an appointment, James dropped what he was doing and resolved the issue. My laptop needed replacement, Mark designed, built, delivered and set up a fantastic laptop with a large monitor. Their customer service was fantastic and I am
thrilled with my new setup.
