Last week, I decided that I wanted to cut my long hair to shoulder length. I had gone to another hair salon in Norman and experienced the worst customer service. From my understanding, the hairstylist had double booked herself however she was extremely rude, unfriendly, and made me feel as though it was my fault for her double booking herself. She was very aggressive when brushing and cutting my hair, the whole experience was so uncomfortable. My wife survived a stroke last July 2018 and finally has enough hair to have it styled. Sami was great and she felt very happy afterwards. All of the glass in the shop were super friendly. Thanks!!
