Going to Milan Laser has been one of the most affirming experiences I’ve had! Outside of the super clean facility, Morgan is so lovely and made me feel comfortable, which is something I value deeply as a trans person. I’ve also had lovely experiences with the laser techs, and they are always accommodating of my pain tolerance. Each visit I’ve had so far has been filled with exceptional customer service and laughs!! I recommend Milan Laser for anyone who wants to feel seen and supported while getting hair removal, which isn’t something I was expecting! :)
I’m so glad I chose this place for laser hair removal! I was nervous at first, but Morgan and Danielle made me feel super comfortable and explained everything clearly. They were both so patient and professional, and you can tell they really care about their clients.
The process was quick and not nearly as painful as I expected. I’ve already noticed amazing results after just a few sessions. The place is clean, organized, and runs on time (which I love).
