I was happy with Dr Razook and staff. The doctors office got me in, in a reasonable time. The Office Staff and Dr Razook were all friendly, helpful, kind, and professional. They helped with questions and assisting with paperwork. Dr Razook listened to concerns and answered questions. He explained everything clearly. The office was full of people who all seemed happy. I will be going back as well as my husband.

Irene made sure to schedule my son to be seen within days. He has never been seen in this office before. She reassured me over the phone that Dr. Razook could take care of my sons needs. When we came early for his appointment, we were handed paperwork to fill out and were called back to be seen within a timely manner. Irene was courteous, generous and thoughtful. My kids enjoyed the waiting areas vintage decor, all the plants, and the eye spy differences in the back of the magazines laying on the table with the Christian music playing gently in the background. I didn't get the name of the nice women with long blonde curly hair, she put dilating drops in my sons eye.... read full review

My wife and I have been Dr Razook's patients for many years. He is a bit remote, but he has done cataract surgeries on both of my wife's eyes and both of mine, and after several years, we both enjoy good vision. And when he deemed it necessary to refer me to a specialist, when, for example, I had a retinal detachment, he referred me to people whose skills were impressive. On the other hand, his front office is almost always a bit chaotic. Irene, the receptionist, often takes care of all office functions to the best of her ability, and on those occasions--which are too frequent--everything slows down.
