I’m not a patient here, but hearing the way the office staff has talked to my mother and treated my mother I am disgusted. They are very condescending and will hang up in your face every time you call. My mother has spent weeks trying to get them to take care of a billing issue. Her insurance company has even called and tried. Listening to the whole conversation on speaker phone between the office staff, the insurance company, and my mother. Wow is all I can say. Then, they sent a certified letter to my mother stating they will no longer be her doctor due to “failure to comply” and to complete the authorization form included with the letter to request records. I wish there was a zero star review. I would recommend never ever go to this office. I was a fool that I did not look up previous reviews before going to this office. The Office manager Jacky is very rude. Ashley, who choses not to tell what her position is very condescending, unprofessional, liar and will not listen to your requests. This place is very unprofessional, they will ask you for money up front and make you sign the waiver. So that you cannot go back and ask for explanation. The allowed amount by insurance is usually different but this is their way of extracting money from patient especially the vulnerable older generation.

I'm not recommending this place to anyone. Don't go here as the office staff are mean and nasty. Only Irene is the one who provides serviceices very kindly and nicely. Office manager Jackie and Ashley don't know how to treat customers and they are so mean and not answering phone calls. This office send bills to patients saying that we have to pay as the insurance company doesn't pay. But when I checked with the insurance company they said this office send same claim more than 1 time, though the company paid them. Also, they want to collect money from customers as well as the insurance company.
