My wife and I have visited 4 different gyms before landing on James White Fitness. The first place we went, the owner couldn't remember our names after being there 6+ months and that didn't sit right with me. The second place started out great but due to my child's autism and ADHD, he was spending more time being reprimanded than he was being instructed due to the militant style of the teacher. Not for us.After a single night at James White Fitness we knew this place was different. James' approach to teaching the children was playful yet disciplined, fun but safe. 1000% I recommend this gym . We visited on an open mat on Sunday and the owners Sam and James are warm and welcoming - their entire team is a pleasure to be with , and worked with my son who has special needs without batting an eye . I appreciate a place that makes you feel like family - and we will definitely be back. If you’re in the Norman area- I highly recommend!
My daughter takes youth muai thai from Coach James and we both love it. He has wonderful positive energy he’s a wonderful instructor. The fight or flight facility is always pristine and just a cool place to be.
