My wife and I have used this location for over 9 years now. In all that time, we’ve only had one bad experience and we avoid that stylist when we go in now. The store is always clean, the app is a wonderful way to check in and avoid a long wait, and there are good coupons out there if you pay attention.

First time at this place and definitely will be back for future haircuts. Lindsey was phenomenal!!! She gave me a haircut I absolutely love and the length is perfect. I never know what to call the cut because I tend to go for a little above my shoulders but not too short like a bob and I told her what I wanted and she knew exactly what I was trying to go for! I also explained to her that I'm missing hair due to chemo pills I take and she understood and made me feel comfortable! Most of all.....she made me not just like a customer, but, like an actual human being! This girl needs a raise!

Erin at Great Clips in Norman is amazing! She was professional, super friendly, and really listened to what I wanted. She cut my hair exactly how I asked—quick, clean, and with great attention to detail. You can tell she takes pride in her work. Highly recommend her if you're looking for a stylist who genuinely cares! ?♀️✨
