The Norman West location is by far my favorite location. The staff is super friendly and knowledgeable and always willing to answer questions! Olivia always has a smile and knows her customers!

I love the facility but their customer service is lacking! Not enough staff working the front to take care of customers. I have been left up front because I was forgotten and today I was left waiting for over 20min while others were walking in and put in beds because the girl that checked me in was to busy checking people in but not taking care of the customers she had checked in already! After finally complaining I was put in a bed. Then I was to spray tan after and the girl didn't save my bed. When I finally got in the room and undressed no hair cover so I had to get dressed again and go ask for one! I call this very poor customer service!

5 star experience every time I am helped by Kalin tanning specialist. She is so kind, educated on services and products, speedy and personable during my visit. I have been a member of Glo tanning since 2013. My sister and I are both 12 year Glo tanning alumni and she always ensures our tanning needs are met. We Love KALIN!!! Thank you!
