“HavenBrook and all staff were very kind & thoughtful throughout the whole process…not something you ever want to have to deal with. Burying a loved one. No way to make it “easier” at all. But, they were helpful, patient, kind…and my dad’s service ended up beautiful…they have reached out a couple times in the weeks after to offer help with anything or resources that may be needed.”
“I hope that no one needs a funeral home soon. But if you do, this place is amazing! They were so professional and helpful. They helped walk us through all the things we needed to do. They were amazing! They listened to the stories about my mom and created amazing folders (the papers they hand out at the service). When they came to pick up my mom’s body, the gentleman was so respectful of her and her body. He gently picked her up and placed her on the gurney. As he was wheeling her out, he played the song, “I can only imagine”. Once she was in the van, he tapped on the van and said ”God I’ve got another angel for you!” The details matter to this company. The staff was amazing. They listened to our stories. They laughed and cried with us. When we said she was an OSU Cowboys fan, they showed up in orange and black, wearing OSU ties. They have excellent tips for contacting people with death notifications. My sister and her family didn’t get to see my mom. So they contacted the crematorium to bring her body back to them so my sister and her family could say good bye. They were just amazing. I wish I could give them more stars than five. You will not be disappointed with this company. Simply amazing people. Bruce, Kristen and Emma. They became like family to us. Whatever we needed or wanted they provided.”
“Hillary Harned really help me put my funeral together... I never did anything like this before but she walked me through it figuring out what we had to have signed and what we wanted for the funeral and she helped me make it happen... She cried with me she hugged me ... helped me with the sign in book and the hand out pamphlets and an awesome urn motorcycle gas tank we had a great funeral I highly recommend to anybody that's planning a service or if they're just planning their own go talk to her and she really done me right I really feel satisfied
