I walked in for a pedicure and acrylic w/gel I asked for Kent again and was told it would be 30 min. After waiting 45min they stuck me in a pedi chair for another 45min before getting started. The water was cold and when it wasn't the tech I asked for I was just told no she was doing them. I told her I wanted him to do my nails at least. He was almost done with his client and would have been available. She rushed through my pedicure which is extremely disappointing. This is the one thing I do for myself and my "me" time! I hate the way she did my nails. They are thick, uneven, too short, and she hurt me more times than I could count. I won't be going back after this especially after spending $110 just to rushed out the door and ignored on what I wanted the whole time.
