Took my male cat in for urinary crystals. Doctor seems knowledgeable, however they gave me the wrong prescribed cat food. They insisted over the phone that I was given the right food Hills C/d but it was k/d instead.. I asked for a credit/refund but they said no.. pretty unprofessional! I have taken 2 of my cats here in the past to get vaccines, teeth removed, and a cyst removed. That went well.
Dr. Leopard and her staff were so kind. They explained everything and answered all my questions. Dr. Leopard even called the next day to see how my cat was doing. We went over his treatment plan again, and she made sure I didn't have any more questions. She's amazing and her staff is top-notch. Thank you!
