Usually everything goes fine! I lost my ID and was checking in with my last name, however i came in on 8/30 at 5pm and she denied me saying unless I had my ID, which i told her i had lost and had no access to. My app doesn't work or i would've used that! Bummer.

i bought a membership early november to prep for a beach trip later in the month. the guy, i can’t remember his name, that sold it to me told me that so long as i cancelled it within the last five days of the month, i would only be billed one more time and then be good to go. upon coming in to cancel, i found out he was wrong and had actually signed me up for a three month contract.
BUT i’m actually here to leave a positive review. when i came in today to cancel my membership and we discovered this problem, josie helped me and did everything she could to fix the situation. she was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. no excessive pressure... read full review

ATB is my favorite tanning experience! The newly renovated one in Norman, OK is upscale & the team is always so helpful & attentive. They keep up with my personal preferences. I would consider them better than Glo tanning any day!Service: Tanning
