Signed up for another year of level 5 tanning. The new location is beautiful. The KBL bed is fantastic. Josie showed me the difference in cost with my PIF membership and was very helpful. ?

i bought a membership early november to prep for a beach trip later in the month. the guy, i can’t remember his name, that sold it to me told me that so long as i cancelled it within the last five days of the month, i would only be billed one more time and then be good to go. upon coming in to cancel, i found out he was wrong and had actually signed me up for a three month contract.BUT i’m actually here to leave a positive review. when i came in today to cancel my membership and we discovered this problem, josie helped me and did everything she could to fix the situation. she was extremely helpful and explained everything to me. no excessive pressure to freeze or...read full review
