“I have used Jem glass before and they were great. Needed shower glass and door made they referred me to native glass( Jesse). He misdrilled holes in my tile and got mad when we ask for a receipt after asking two times. He was rude and hateful, we wanted him to pay for anything over 200 to get the tile cut out and replaced. He took off 200.00. Made us feel that we were trying to rip him off, not sure why he got so upset he said he had taken off 500 of the actual cost which we were never told that. If that was true then I appreciate it but we don’t know this bc we never were told that and never given a receipt until I insisted I wanted a receipt. Just beware of native glass llc when dealing with Jesse the owner. Never been talked to like that as a customer.“
