I haven't been to the dentist in 12 years because of massive anxiety, but after having a toothache for 2 weeks, I had to do something. When I called CFD, Heather was so amazingly sweet, and walked me through everything and made me feel so comfortable and was able to get me in within 2 hours. After I arrived, everyone was so friendly and they seemed to really care. I ended up having to get a crown, and from start to finish, the staff was exceptionally professional, kind, and friendly. Definitely feel like I've found a place I can return to for dental needs!
I would highly recommend this place to everyone. I got recommended this place on the Newcastle community facebook page. I’m so glad I chose to try them. They are all wonderful people. Very nice, understanding, patient, and professional. I was extremely nervous to go to the dentist due to bad experiences in the past. They made me feel so comfortable and at ease with the whole process. I saw Dr. Mills and she is absolutely wonderful. Very understanding and gave me her findings but let me be apart of the treatment plan. I was told I may need a root canal but definitely a crown. Dr. Robinett did an amazing job. I was able to get in within a few hours of my phone call. Since May, I’ve been dealing with tooth pain and another dentist kept telling me I need MULTIPLE root canals without trying to address the issue. She listened to me very intently, which I appreciate so much, instead of just automatically going to the extreme. Thank you for trying other steps before just writing me off. Very pleased with her and office staff.
