I wanted to share the exceptional service experience I had with Blackout Generator's service recently.My first indication I had chosen a good company to partner with started at the service technician's greeting and was cemented within a few minutes of the service performance.I shared with him some of the previous experiences I had for annual services. When I presented him with one situation around the green light having a yellow ting and the previous company said there was just water in it, his response was far from what I expected. Amber worked around our dogs and didn’t get to see the main electrical panel yet still had more detail about what was needed than any of the other three companies I had contacted.
