BOG comes out regularly and are very careful to inform us of any concerns. They’re very responsive by phone, which is our only real option except for the few weeks that we are present and on site. This business seems to understand our limitations, as out of state home owners.

I'm the process of purchasing a house that has a backup generator installed. I know absolutely nothing about these so I called Blackout Generators for some information. I spoke with Ernest White, a guy that's as well spoken as he is knowledgeable! He not only answered my questions, he explained how the system works at I level I could understand and even gave me basics on how to operate it. Ernest also informed me these generators will require periodic maintenance each year or based on use (thanks for the heads up).
