I went to the Newcastle location today. They were super fast and so nice and caring! Will definitely use this location from now on!
I’m not one to bash place ! But let me tell you I will never and I mean never take my kids to access medical in Tri-City 😡😡 So to start off I took my child last week they told me he was fine it was a Viral thing not even two hour after being there I took him someone elsse and come to found out he has a double ear infection and strap that they told me he didn’t have😡😡😡 Then I take my 2 month old Up there because he has a cough and his doctor said it would be next week befor he could get him in and the same doctor told me oh there’s a viral thing And I was like are you sure because last week you told me that my two-year-old didn’t have anything that he fine and come to find out he had a double ear infection and strep and she was like oh really how did I miss that like are you for real? How the hell did you get your Degree🤦♀️ then proceed to tell me that I just need to take my child to his regular doctor okay fine whatever ! So they give me the discharge papers and on the discharge papers it says that she seen his two younger brothers a week ago . Even tho my 2 months old is younger 🤦♀️🤦♀️ then proceed to say that they got over there a viral thing with no medicine but yet l my middle child is on a medicine for his ear infection and strap 🤦♀️🙌 do y’all understand how bad I wanted to called and cus Them people out 🤦♀️ Never again that’s for sure 🤦♀️😡😡😡
