Furnace high wind style vent cap had fatigued over 12 year's time and had broken free and landed in the yard. Called an HVAC guy who came out and said "Nope, too steep a roof pitch for me. Call a roofer." Called Adam who responded same day. His concern was rain and snow forecast for the next day and he wanted to knock this problem out. Arrived about 45 minutes to sunset and had the issue fixed within 35 minutes.
