We love Dr. Wood!! Both him and and his staff are so nice to us and our beloved fur baby Levi. We are so grateful that he is more wholistic and not shoving drugs down his throat. Levi didn't hardly flinch when he got his shots because Dr. Wood was so gentle. Great experience for all of us.
Lucky to have him so nearby. I was afraid of going to a vet and constantly being billed for stuff. Dr Woods is very down to earth, knowledgeable, and available, but what I appreciate the most is the absence of grift. He fees are fair and he's never trying to push additional costs (extra appointments, unsolicited prescriptions, nit picky fees).
I found you actually got to convey to him if you are interested in prescriptions, tagging, follow-ups, etc which I appreciate greatly. One time, my puppy had a broken tooth, and he inspected on a walk-in for free without suggesting expensive tooth removal (which I fear corporate vets might do). Dr. Wood is caring, patient and thorough. I appreciate that he looks for homeopathic treatment plans. He is an extremely knowledgeable doctor who spends an incredible amount of time on research and continuing education.
