I work at a small elementary school in the Special Education room and we had Brooke as our photographer today. She was AMAZING with the students. So incredibly patient and kind. She worked with us to get really good pictures of the kids and as a parent myself to a special needs student I can wholeheartedly and confidently say we appreciate her! It can be a little trickier to get pictures of our sensory sensitive kids and she took the initiative to make it as easy as possible for them. That kind of work isn’t seen a lot and it’s needed dearly! Thank you Brooke, from the staff and a special needs mom!
Placed my order online with no issues. Hadn’t received within 3 weeks so I called to check on status. Received within a week of calling. Have used Ruth Kelly for years for school pictures. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered pictures online, and paid shipping to receive a notice in my mailbox, that I still owed 2.85 in shipping!?!?! The mailman said every single time they get mail from Ruth Kelly, the recipient had to come up to the post office to pay for more shipping, because Ruth Kelly levels it as a large envelope, but it's the do not bend stamp on it, which automatically makes it a parcel! It's not the amount it's just unnecessary...
