Placed my order online with no issues. Hadn’t received within 3 weeks so I called to check on status. Received within a week of calling. Have used Ruth Kelly for years for school pictures. Would definitely recommend.
I ordered pictures online, and paid shipping to receive a notice in my mailbox, that I still owed 2.85 in shipping!?!?! The mailman said every single time they get mail from Ruth Kelly, the recipient had to come up to the post office to pay for more shipping, because Ruth Kelly levels it as a large envelope, but it's the do not bend stamp on it, which automatically makes it a parcel! It's not the amount it's just unnecessary...
I don't like how they had my kids pose in the pictures. They might as well let the kids choose how to pose. They had my kids cross their arms and their hands on there Waist. They need to take there job seriously.
