It's been so long since I've had a pedicure that I didn't know what a gel pedicure was until Gloria explained it to me. If you're used to being treated like a number with technicians looking everywhere else except for your feet, then please give the Ritz a try. Gloria paid full attention to my problem areas without me having to say a word. All the stylists and customers conversed as if they were family, and I felt like family, too.
