After making a hasty emotional review, I'm here to admit it was unfair. I had to make a last minute appt for our not stranger friendly dog, they accommodated us and made everything as comfortable as possible for him. Very professional and clearly has your animals as their #1 priority, if not we wouldn't have been seen. Thank you ❤️
If you don't know about this hospital... Then YOU ARE MISSING IT!! Whether a new customer or an old you get the comfortable conversation that only established clients are accustom to & on the other end the new client greeting & open support one would expect from the staff, as if you were a beloved child be taught things good & healthy from a loving family member!
Every aspect of our visit was thoughtfully handled. Communication was clear and compassionate. We both were immediately comfortable with our vet and the staff. The new patient gift bag was a hit!
