“Bathroom remodel experience with Horton Home Solutions LLC - I live in a 75-year-old house, and there is quite a bit of work that needs to be done. I decided to start with the original bathroom in the home, and choosing Horton Home Solutions was one of the best decisions I could have made.
From the very beginning, Krista and TW were incredibly kind, patient, and accommodating. I had never been through any type of home remodel before, so I was completely going into this blind. They walked me through every step of the process, explained everything thoroughly, and made sure I understood all of the options available to me. They truly made my part of the process so easy and stress-free.
Once the bathroom was gutted, we discovered several unknown issues and possible setbacks hidden behind the walls. I was completely out of my element at that point, but never once did I feel frustration, aggravation, or irritation from them. Their kindness, patience, knowledge, and understanding are huge assets, and they showed all of those qualities throughout the entire project.
Their business is well run, professional, and trustworthy. The end result was an absolutely beautiful, updated bathroom that I love so much. I still have more work that needs to be done on my home, and I will absolutely trust Horton Home Solutions with those projects as well.
