Best gym in Muskogee hands down. My wife and I got week passes for a few weeks while we were in town and I loved everything about this place. The staff are no nonsense, super friendly folks; the temporary passes were a good price; they have a huge variety of protein shakes and pre workout drinks; and all the plate loaded hammer strength equipment one would expect in a world class gym; clean facilities open 24/7 with a sauna as well. My only disappointment was that I wasn’t allowed to kick the heavy bags that were apparently exclusively for some class. I recommend to the owners that they throw a heavy bag up somewhere for punching and kicking outside of the classes....read full review

This is definitely a great environment to achieve whatever fitness goal you may be striving for because of the friendly atmosphere, wide variety of equipment with plenty of space, and also an eager and willing staff to help out however they can.

First of all this is not a fitness center but this is a gym. I've been to a lot of gyms and this is one of my favorite. You will find every machine and free weight that you need to sculpt to your body. This gym has more than I need. I'm very surprised at the lineup of machines that they have. They have Precor, Life fitness, Icarian, Hammer Strength and True equipment. This gym has a steam sauna if that is something that you're interested in.
