For your aches and pains, you need to see Sherri at Modern Balance. A regular massage or deep tissue massage is the answer.

10/10 recommend Sherri. She is absolutely amazing. I’ve received the deep tissue massage twice now and I can’t recommend it more! If you need stress, tension, and pain relief it’s for you!! She has many options according to your needs. She is very knowledgeable and bases your appointment on your specific needs/conditions. She meets those needs every single time. Will be booking another appointment soon.
