Wonderful customer service and very thorough inspection of our unit! Our unit was leaking and we called for service. Michael came out on the same day and fixed us right up. He was also very helpful in questions we asked. Our unit needs to be replaced and we will definitely be using Air Service Company for this. Thank you!
First off I would like to say, I am so thankful that he was able to get here so quickly and after looking at the unit he put Freon in it and said we’ll get a plan together to make the repairs. But, he didn’t leave us with no air and didn’t charge us until next time!! He was such a blessing especially since we’ve paid so much in repairs so far!! Thank you so much!
