I had a perfect repair experience! Daniel came out right when they said he would. He diagnosed correctly the failure on my not too old GE washer. Got the part ordered, and 2 days later came back and replaced it expertly right on schedule. The cost was exactly what I was quoted and Daniel even left the old part. The person I spoke with on the phone was also very friendly. While I think it’s sad that GE washers fail like this, I’m totally pleased with everything Wade’s did to get us back and going. I highly recommend them!
Called Monday to see if they could come on Tuesday to see what was wrong with a washer. They came out and figured out the problem in minutes and had it fixed and running in about 30-45 minutes. Fast, Friendly and affordable! Highly recommend!
I am thoroughly impressed with Wade’s. I called a little after 9 am on a Monday morning to see if someone could come by and look at my Samsung dryer. By 1:30 that same Monday, I was drying clothes! We almost bought a new dryer on Sunday but at $600+, we decided to see how much we could save by fixing the one we had. We saved nearly $500 and couldn’t be happier. I would recommend Wade’s 7 days a week and twice on Sundays.
