Awesome company. I have been a customer for several years. Staff is very polite. They usually have what I need in stock and if not they order it and it comes in super quick. Great competitive prices on their parts. Wade's Appliance will always be my first call. Not a better place out there that I have found.

We have a dual oven and the bottom unit quit heating last weekend. I called around and most repair companies couldn't come out until after Christmas or had very low ratings. I fortunately saw Wade's mentioned as a great company on a Facebook post and gave them a call. Customer service was impeccable and they sent out a technician the next morning. After diagnosing the problem, he said he need to order a part and didn't know when it would be available. The next morning, the technician called and said he had the part and came and fixed the over within 1 hour. Price was VERY reasonable and the technician was both professional and knowledgeable. We had been through two "major" appliance repair companies who diagnosed the problem but then would not accept the job to fix our 15 yr old refrigerator. Grant from Wade's came out and tackled the job with tenacity. We had to order a refurbished board, it helped some but not completely, he then replaced the fan to circulate the cold air but still wasn't satisfied with the output. He finally got another board to complete the job and it works as though it were new. He was determined to help us avoid having to buy a new refrigerator and was successful.
