Blanca was absolutely amazing at helping me find quality, affordable products. I have not bought new makeup in almost ten years and Blanca helped me find products that she recommended and talked me through each product and WHY she recommended them. I recommend this Ulta, but they are so lucky to have such a dedicated employee like Blanca who helped not only me but multiple others in the store before and after me. That woman has nailed customer service! I will be going back for anything I need, and recommend if you need help as well like I did, go see Blanca! She will get you taken care of and make sure you leave happy with your products.

Every store has the same setup which is filled with great products for any price range. I asked the associate for a product sample that was missing and she gave a fuss while doing stocking but, ultimately ended up asking the front how to make a tester. I was shopping for my bday. I think she needed some more training. ? helping the customer and all that. She gave passive aggressive attitude but, I was there to lend her some patience. In the end I got what I needed because despite some turbulence Ulta is the best.

I could spend days in here looking around to be honest… But, I only seem to find things I shouldn’t buy but the problem I run into is not finding the things in stock that I need… So, this is why one star has been taken off this review. I go here quite often and I am a member of the rewards program and I’ve definitely worked my way up and the numbers there with the rewards. The girls have always seem to try to be helpful who work there and I appreciate that immensely Because I know they are not payed very much to do the work they do.
