I recently recieved a salon service with Kayla. I had an eyebrow lamination, wax, and tint. I am super happy with the results. She is very personable and easy to talk to. I have already rebooked for next time.
I don’t patronize Ulta often but when I do Jen consistently provides stellar customer service. Whether it is a non Ulta item return, Ulta product inquiry or Ulta program question, Jen never seems rushed or bothered to help despite how busy this place is. I am sure the other staff members are the same looking at the reviews for this establishment; but oddly enough, Jen always helps me. Every time I leave Ulta I feel like I need to shop there more often.
I was very concerned if I would be able to find what I needed. Zariah helped me to find the right color for my eyebrows. She was very professional, kind and courteous. I had a good experience.
