This place was recommended to me by a trusted family member when I discovered my display was messed up in the middle of my semester on a week where I had two midterms due. I was so stressed and scared because I didn’t have a huge budget to work with. I came here and the man who helped me was so respectful and knowledgeable. I dropped it off Monday afternoon and I got a call that it was fixed and ready for pick up early Tuesday morning. I am so appreciative and highly recommend!
I spilled some water on my computer and it wouldn’t charge. Went to another tech place and they were absolutely no help. They told me it was going to be about the same amount as the computer is worth and it would be about 5-8 weeks to get my computer back. Took it to the MacMan and I was in-and-out in 23 minutes; Counting the inspection, replacing the hardware, and checking me out. Additionally, the customer service was 10/10, I wish more people knew about this place!
Knowledgeable and thorough. They have serviced all my computers for years and they are completely trustworthy. I have had some difficult problems with some security and freezing issues. They stayed with it until it was working perfectly. I will never consider anyone else.
