Robert came out to fix our napoleon and he was amazing! He was very knowledgeable, explained everything to us and very responsive. Him and the other gentleman that was with him. I would highly recommend The Hearth Shop and Robert. Thankful for him fixing our fireplace and making fires enjoyable again!

I called to set up a service call and was told between the call and part and labor I was looking at about $300 if my suspicions about what was wrong with my gas logs was correct. However the woman who answered the phone took the time to explain to me something else that would also cause the issue and how I could fix it. I spent $7, my fireplace now works, and I will be calling the Hearth Shop if I need work done in the future. They could have just made a quick buck off of me, but they took time to listen, help, and troubleshoot and that means a lot these days.

They were the only shop in town that had class A stove pipe available for my “through-the-roof” wood stove installation. They carry Metal Fab brand pipe/parts, it should have cost less than DuraVent brand but it was more. If I had been willing to order it from TSC or NT it would have cost less. In any case I needed the parts on a Saturday, they were open and had what I needed in stock
